Two hundred words of instructions on how to scramble eggs? Not from me. Two hundred more on how to saute` wild slippery jack mushrooms to go with the eggs? Not from me.
Here goes. Saute`mushrooms. Scramble eggs. Stir mushrooms into eggs. Use salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley as you wish (and green onions). Eat. That's 21 words, including" eat".
Its really good. If you can't do that, don't eat. Oh - "make toast" too. That's 23 words.
I bring this up because of a recipe that I got via email today.
Am I wrong? Do you need someone to tell you how to scramble eggs? Let me know.

Hi John,
I took your cooking class Monday night and really enjoyed it. I am in St. Paul visiting family and told them about the delicious walleye you showed us how to make. They fish and love to eat walleye so they want me to make it for them this weekend. I googled your name hoping you have a blog and you do! I want to make sure I have the ingredients correct, you dip the fish in flour, salt and pepper it and then cook it in frying pan and sprinkle fresh tarragon on it? Did you use wine as well? Anything I'm forgetting? Please let me know, thanks,
Molly
Season w/ lemon pepper, dredge in flour, and saute` in oil( olive or veg) - 3 or 4 min till bronzed - turn over and cook till bronzed, add white wine( 1/4 to half cup or more but do not let it cover the top of fillets), scatter parsley and tarragon generously over all, simmer about a minute, remove fillets, let wine reduce by half or add more and reduce( you can add more parsley and tarragon). Remove from heat, and stir in about 3 pats of butter. Pour pan sauce over fish.
Hope this helps. Good eating!
